Refund and Returns Policy

  • Provide photos/videos as evidence
  • We will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Exchange Policy
